EJ Liao brings over four decades of U.S.-Taiwan cross-border technical leadership across semiconductors, defense and aerospace systems, embedded software, and AI-driven platforms. A hands-on system architect, he has led pre- and post-silicon validation, secure kernel and hypervisor development, RTOS architecture, board bring-up, and deterministic embedded systems for mission-critical applications.

His technical depth spans multimedia and connectivity systems, including real-time video and audio pipelines, wireless technologies, and high-speed interfaces such as PCIe and USB.
